Question My fiance and I will be honeymooning in WDW, Attending the International Food and Wine Festival in October 2013. I was reading this is usually a busy season. Is this true for ALL of the parks? Or primarily Epcot? And is it terribly crowded?

Question I am planning a last minute first-time trip to Disneyworld with my husband, 1 yo and 3 yo. I am not sure if a dining plan is right for us. Will I be able to get character dining reservations this late? If not, is it worth it if I will snack and eat 1 meal?
