Why don't all rides offer rider swap? I.e. Buzz doesn't offer it 'cause all ages can ride. However, when my 2 yr old is sleeping in the stroller, my wife and I can't both go on the ride. So none of us got to ride. Is there a way to rider swap on all rides?

You are right, not every attraction offers a rider switch. However, you could do something similar to a rider swap with your FastPasses. For an attraction like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, simply get a FastPass. You'll want one...
