About Me:
I am a fitness professional that supports a complete approach to health and fitness, which includes proper nutrition, sensible exercise and adequate rest. I work with men and women on a daily basis helping them reach their dreams and guiding them to make decisions that will leave them happily ever after. I believe in the importance of goal setting because, “All your dreams can come true if you have the courage to pursue them.”
About My Family: I have been blessed with my own personal protection in my husband who is a police officer and our 3 amazing children. Our twin girls, also known as Cinderalla and Briar Rose, are watched over by big brother Darth Vader. The girls are competitive cheerleaders and our son is a budding basketball star in the making. They all enjoy swimming year round. Two dogs and two cats complete our home, keeping themselves busy getting along like cats and dogs!
About My Disney Experience:
I have been going to Disney World since I was six years old. A family tragedy was made easier when I learned first hand that what started with a mouse is truly the “place that dreams come true.” My husband and I had our first vacation together at Disney World and we have made it our destination of choice yearly. I have been so many times that my friends and family come to me for travel advice, park tips and tricks along with ‘what to eat’ while there.
