About Me:
I believe I was destined to love "All Things Disney!" I was born two months after Disney World opened, lost my first tooth at age four during our family's first visit to the Magic Kingdom, and was honored as a Junior in High School with the Walt Disney Doer's and Dreamer's Award. I am a registered nurse and women's ministry leader; however, my biggest and most rewarding job is managing an active household of six. You will most often find me driving kids to after school activities and ballgames. As a past Parent Council President, I have served on numerous committees both at school and church and have completed a six-year term in the Junior Service League. I enjoy social media, running, traveling, reading, and planning our next trip to Disney!
About My Family: My husband and I have been married for 17 years and have four amazing children! We have a
13- year-old daughter, 10-year-old son, and 6-year-old twin boys. We are a busy family with activities that include cub scouts, golf, soccer, basketball, cross country, and football. We enjoy family movie nights, going to see the Georgia Bulldogs play, and trips to Walt Disney World. We love Disney so much that we even named our cat "Pixie" because her gray color reminded us of pixie dust. We joined the Disney Vacation Club in 2009. The whole family enjoys getting involved in the planning process - ensuring they get to experience a favorite attraction, (Toy Story Mania) or favorite restaurant ('Ohana)! After all, 'Ohana does mean "family!"
About My Disney Experience: I have a great passion for helping families plan memorable Disney vacations! With over 20 trips to Walt Disney World, three Disney cruises, and a trip to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, I have gained knowledge and personal experience that I love to share. I have traveled to Disney while pregnant, with infants, while potty training, and now with a teenager. Our family has enjoyed the parks, restaurants, resort activities, golf, miniature golf, and water parks! We have vacationed during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, Star Wars Weekends, Flower and Garden/Food and Wine Festivals, and during the Christmas holiday season. I have assisted countless people plan their Disney vacations. By creating customized itineraries, giving dining suggestions, and sharing time saving tips as well as "not to miss" attractions, I have helped families maximize their time allowing them to enjoy those magical Disney moments!
