About Me: My name is Yael and I am happy to be part of the 2013 Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am of Cuban descent and hablo español. I manage the HR department for a local municipality in South Florida and just finished my Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.  I come from a large family, I have four siblings. My father was the sole provider and money was tight, yet he and my mom always planned the annual Disney trip!  In other words, I have lots of experience planning Disney trips on a budget!

About My Family: I have been with my wonderful husband, Fabio, for over 17 years.  He is a great husband, father, and avid fisherman.  We have three amazing children: Michael, 9; Julian, 8 and Isabella, 3. Michael is the indoors type and has a fascination for video games and cartoons. Julian is the outdoorsy one and is always ready for an adventure. The boys have just reached the height requirements for the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, thus making this their favorite ride.  Little Bella is a very girly girl and is very fond of Minnie Mouse and Snow White. She enjoys practically anything involving Princesses. I can truly say that my love for all things Disney has definitely rubbed off on them!

About My Disney Experience: I have tons of wonderful Disney memories! I have experienced Disney as a child, teenager, newlywed, and now as a mom. Living only three hours from Orlando, I have visited the Disney Parks over 100 times and I am an Annual Passholder. When I visit Disney, I tend to go in a large group which usually consists of my family and closest friends. My kids and I are passionate pin traders. I personally collect the resort pins, but only once I stay at the resort! It has given me the perfect reason to try the different resorts! My family and I also like to try a different restaurant each time we visit. One of my favorites is the Biergarten restaurant in the Germany Pavilion in Epcot – love that buffet! We always make it a point to visit Epcot for the annual International Food & Wine Festival and Flower and Garden festivals. Aside from the land experience, we have ventured in to the sea with the Disney Dream. This should definitely be on everyone’s bucket list!
