About Me: I am a stay-at-home grandmother and enjoy keeping busy with my hobbies and volunteering in my community. I grew up in northern Wisconsin and have lived in southern Indiana, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas before landing here in Valparaiso, Indiana. I received my Bachelor of Education degree from University of Miami, FL and taught elementary education for 12 years. I am a sports fanatic who loves to travel and have been privileged to have visitied more then 25 countries in the world. I enjoy making scrapbooks for friends and family, documenting their memorable experiences. I especially enjoy sharing my love for Disney World by helping others plan their own trips to all places where dreams come true.

About My Family: My husband and I met in high school and have been married for 36 years. We have two wonderful married children and two beautiful grandsons and a granddaughter. Spending time with them is the highlight of our lives. Although they do not live close (one family now resides in Germany), we make time together a priority. At least once a year we all plan a vacation to meet at Walt Disney World!  Looking back at old photos from our Disney trips when our own children were young and now adding new ones with our grandchildren is very special. The magic of Disney never fades for the young or the old...it is truly a part of our lives!

About My Disney Experience: Several Adventure By Disney trips have now been added to my many wonderful Disney experiences.  It is the ultimate way to travel to historical and exotic places around the world.  Being able to enjoy a vacation and not worry about lodging, dining, and transportation makes these trips literally stress free.  It is like traveling with your own concierge who knows the language, can get the best guides for excursions, and can provide priority seating at events. There are numerous  U.S. and International choices for your next adventure and I can't wait to start planning our next trip for my family. I continue to be fortunate to visit Walt Disney World several times each year. I love to plan all kinds of Disney vacations for family and friends and have helped with weddings, engagements, business groups and reunions over the years. Disney is the destination around the world to celebrate absolutely anything for any age and on any budget!

Question If we make a table service dining reservation for a party of 10, and say not all 10 ppl show up, will we be charged a fee because of this?

Answer Hi Kim! It is always hard when making the large dining reservations to know what will happen on the day it is scheduled. Kids get sick or tired, parents end up being in a different location etc. It is best to try to make the reservations as close to... read more

Question We have decided to drive in and stay at a cheaper hotel around Disney the night before we check in so we don't have to spend so much time in the car on our first day. Can I take the girls to Ft. Wilderness that night for the bonfire/movie?
