About Me:  I’m Erin, a former corporate research librarian turned stay-at-home mom. In addition to taking care of my girls, I spend much of my time in community volunteer activities at my town’s library, our church and our school’s PTA. My hobbies are writing and photography. Last year, I took more than 7,000 photos of my family and friends! For my 40th birthday, my husband bought me the banjo I always wanted, and fully plan to learn to play. I grew up in Maryland and Maine, went to college in New Hampshire, grad school in Texas and New York, and now live in the suburbs of New York City. But, with all the time I’ve spent at Walt Disney World, I could almost add Florida to the list of places I have lived.

About My Family: My husband and I met working on our college newspaper. I was an editor and he was the publisher. He still works in publishing more than 20 years later. He is also a trustee of our local Board of Education. We have three daughters: a 13-year-old and 10-year-old twins. My girls are involved in numerous performance activities including acting classes, dance classes, and music lessons in voice, piano, cello, theory and compostion. It’s a rare weekend when we don’t have at least one recital to attend. A recent highlight was when our oldest daughter played Belle in a school production of “Beauty and the Beast.”

About My Disney Experience: I’ve been to the Disney parks at least 30 times in the last 10 years. I’ve stayed in value, moderate and deluxe resorts – our favorite is Disney’s Beach Club Resort. I’ve been to Walt Disney World with just about every combination of people – just my husband and me, us with the girls, us with my parents, us with a nanny, us with cousins, us with another family, and, most decadently and deliciously, me all by myself. We’ve worked our way up from the first tentative character hug with Dopey to marathon sessions on Tower of Terror. Yep, still terrifying each and every time! With every trip we find something new, different and magical that keeps us wanting more.

Question Hi, Moms! I just got back from a wonderful week at CSR. They did not have a pin. I checked everywhere; all the parks/Downtown Disney. Now I see that one person was able to locate a CSR pin. Where and how? I'd really like one.
