Going to cruise 7 night eastern , The Fantasy, October 2014. What adult activities will be offered? ie, wine tasting, cooking classes, tour of ship/galley? And is high tea with Alice? Wondering since it will just be the two of us!

Welcome back, Amy! Once you board the Fantasy next month, you'll receive your Personal Navigator which is the shipwide listing of events and activities for each day of your sailing.
Since these can vary and are always subject to change, I can't tell you all of the activities and events will be offered on your particular sailing, but I do have a few that you can most likely count on!
One of my favorites is the Art of the Theme Show Tour for adults. On this tour, you'll not only get a peak at many areas throughout the ship, but your tour guide will explain how each area came to be, from imagineering and design to completion. I have learned so much on this tour, and since each guide adds something extra, it's a tour guests can do each time they sail and still learn something new!
I also highly recommend the Art of Entertaining cooking demonstration series. Usually there is a series of three: appetizers, entree and desserts. Besides watching the Chef de Cuisine cook up a Disney Cruise Line specialty, you'll get tips on how to make it yourself at home, a recipe guide and of course, the best part is tasting the creation! Try to attend all three if you can!
Once onboard, you can stop by Guest Services to inquire about the beverage tastings. My husband and I have enjoyed the wine tastings, margarita tastings, martini tastings and more! Usually the cost is about $15 per person, and it is not advertised, so you'll need to stop by Guest Services to sign up ahead of time, as it is first come, first served. While you're there, check with them about high tea. The Fantasy has been testing a Royal High Tea with the princesses, but it's not a set event just yet, so you will need to ask onboard for more information. That might be one that you'd like to save for when the kiddos are with you next time!
I hope that helps as you count down these last couple of weeks until you set sail, Amy! Have an amazing cruise!
