My annual pass expired on Nov. 7, 2013, I tried to renew my pass online. I was not able to renew online and was told I would have to renew my pass at the Park. I will not be going to the Park until January, what do I do about renewing my pass?

I'm sorry you had difficulty renewing your pass. You should be able to renew your Florida resident annual pass -- and qualify for the payment plan -- for up to 30 days after it expires. I have my renewal letter in front of me.
My best suggestion is to try again in case there was a computer glitch of some sort. I'm not sure who you talked to previously, but my only other thought is to call the special passholder line to see if the cast members there have any better advice than the cast members who answer the general information line.
The passholder line is 407-560-PASS (7277).
