My eldest grandchild and I have been trying to decide on a Disney Adventure. This is the first of five vacations; one for each grandchild. Could you tell me which of the adventures you would recommend for a mature 10 year old boy and his grandmother

Hello Maureen! What an exciting prospect you have, of planning 5 special vacations with each of your grand-children - I love this idea! You will be making memories with each of them that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
My first instinct when you said the age of your grand-son was the Costa Rica Family Adventure
. This is an amazing itinerary that has lots of exotic wild-life and fun activities that will appeal to all ages. Plus, it's not excessively long, 6 nights, 7 days, and you won't experience a big time-zone change which is very helpful as well. My second choice, if you are wanting to stay closer to home, is the Wyoming and Yellowstone Family Vacation.
Again, this is a 6 night, 7 day adventure that is full of fantastic scenery, and tons of activities that will appeal to both you and your grandson. This vacation is always highly rated! Finally, if you are wanting to venture abroad, the new Norway Family Vacation
looks absolutely amazing! This adventure is tied in with the new Disney animated film, Frozen, and it would be so much fun to watch the movie together and then visit many of the places featured in the film - and what boy doesn't want to learn more about Vikings?
Maureen, I hope this gives you a few ideas on where to start planning for your Adventures by Disney
vacation with your grandson. Check out the website, where you will find full descriptions of each of the itineraries - if I were you, I would pick 2 or 3 that fit your budget and interests and let your grand-son help decide together where you will venture to. Have fun!
