Question I am running the DisneyLand Half mara and wanted to know what the best resort to stay at on Disney property would be? Is it like WDW Princ Half where certain disney properties hosted and had bus service to and from race?

- Asked by Alison from TX on 4/10/2012
Answer Hi Alison!  The Disneyland Half will be a great race!  One really awesome thing about Disneyland, is that ALL of the Disney resorts are really close and within walking distance to the starting line.  I stayed at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel for the Tinkerbell Half Marathon and literally walked out of the resort and into my starting corral.  Here is what it says on the Disneyland Half Marathon website about travel details:

"Hotels at the Disneyland® Resort are available and offer the easiest access to all race weekend activities. For more options, special rates have been obtained at Disneyland® Resort Good Neighbor Hotels. Many are within walking distance of the Disneyland® Resort and other Good Neighbor Hotels will offer Anaheim Resort Transit shuttles to the Disneyland® Resort for all Disneyland® Half Marathon Weekend participants and families."

You can call 407-WDW-IRUN for more information and to make your reservations!
