We were sent 2 exchange certificates for annual passes (green fronts, magnetic strips on back) for a wedding we booked with WDW about 20 months ago. I've read they don't expire, and the opposite. Can we count on these to work if we head down next year?

I discussed your situation with a Cast Member in Ticketing to verify the information for you. He states that you will need to bring the tickets to Ticket Services at any of the Theme Parks or Guest Relations at Downtown Disney so they can be physically scanned into the system to see if they are still valid. I wanted to provide you with Ticket Service's number in case you need any additional information. The number is (407) 566-4985 and press option 5. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I hope that the tickets do work for you, Jamie! Have a magical vacation next year!
