My family and I have the Premier Passport and have a vacation coming up to WDW April 27th to May 9th. I received the packets for the "Set-up" and it asks me to order Magic Bands, but I cannot link my passes. Any ideas?

I am a proud card carrying member of a Disney Premier Passport allowing me to have unlimited fun from coast to coast! The big debate in my family is Rock 'n' Roller Coaster vs. California Screamin'!
The downside of this type of annual pass is that at this time you are unable to link your pass online. Here is what you will need to do:
-Have all of your family's passports with you and call the Internet Help Desk at (407)939-7765
-Tell them the type of ticket you have (emphasize it is PREMIER and not
Premium). Ask them to manually link these to your account. If they resist at all, ask for a supervisor.
-Unfortunately, even once linked you will not be able to schedule your FastPass+ times online (they promise they are working on this issue!) You will need to insist that they schedule your FP+ times while you are on the phone. The term they use with me is "push the FP times through." Again, you might have to push a bit on this, but they will do it. Have your selections ready when you call. (Wait until you are less than 60 days
-You will not be able to adjust these times online but they can be changed with your resort concierge.
The wonderful folks at Disney have assured me they are working to make the site accessible for those with Premier Passports. By the time you hit your 60 day window these issues might be resolved. Keep trying, but if you need help as you get closer, keep this information handy. Call when you have plenty of time to handle the situation, as this call may take a while since you will need to accomplish quite a bit. You can call to link your passes now, but FP+ times are at that 60 day window.
I did all this for a November vacation and once I got it all straightened out, my vacation was perfect, just like I know yours will be! Good luck and keep me posted.
