I'm trying to make fast pass+ selections for everyone I am traveling with. There are five of us total but under two reservations. I added everyone to my friends and family but for some reason, it won't let me me select fast pass+ for the other kids.

Hi Leslie! As you probably know, the MagicBands are still in a testing stage and there will be kinks. You seem to have come across one of them. A similar situation happened to me and I had to call the MagicBand help desk for assistance. They were able to perform some magic on the back-end of my account and then all worked well from there. I would like to suggest you call them as well. You can reach them at 407-939-7849 between the hours of 7:00 am EST and 11:00 pm EST. They are truly a wonderful group of techies who can help you out of any MagicBand situation!!
