We had PO Riverside rsv for months. Last wk we decided to add 2 days & come early but were told we may have to change rooms. Fine with us, but can PO Riverside move our luggage from room to room for us that day so we can be at the parks instead?

How exciting that you decided to add a couple of days to your vacation! Port Orleans Riverside Resort will do everything possible to make your stay magical.
Prior to your trip, call and ask the Cast Member to note on your reservation that you would like to stay in the same room. They cannot guarantee that you won't have to change rooms, but they will definitely try to keep you in your room if available.
If you do need to change rooms, Port Orleans will make this transition seamless as possible for you.
On the day of the move, call the front desk to ask if your room is available or if they have the room number yet. If the room is available, you can arrange for Bell Services to immediately move your bags to your new room. However, since checkout is at 11:00 a.m. and check in isn't until 3:00 p.m., your room may not yet be available.
No worries though. In that case, just arrange for Bell Services to pick up your bags in your room and hold them for you. Before you leave, just make sure that all of your bags are packed up and in one place in the room. Let Bell Services know how many bags you have so they know exactly what to pick up.
You can ask the front desk to text you with the room number when it is available, so you can enjoy a day at the parks and go directly to your new room after a day of fun! Just call down to Bell Services when you arrive and ask them to deliver your bags to your new room.
No need to hang around waiting for your new room to be ready and lugging bags across the resort! I hope you have a magical stay!
