I was given rights to manage my parent's Disney Experience. For some reason, it will only allow me to change my Mom's plans, not my Dad's. I was trying to set up our Fast Pass + selections but it is not including him. Suggestions?

With all of these new systems and new technology, Disney has of course set up a special department of experts ready to help you with specific questions relating to the My Disney Experience website. You can speak to a Cast Member regarding My Disney Experience Family & Friends List by calling (407) 939-4357. I've included the link to the full 'Help' page on the My Disney Experience Website in case you'd like to reference it later. Even if you're unable to resolve everything before you leave, don't worry at all. When you arrive on site, a Concierge Cast Member at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel will be able to assist you and get everything all set up and matching. During a visit just a few weeks ago, I was having trouble changing/adding FastPass+ for my husband's account but they were showing up for all the rest of my family. The Concierge Cast Member was able to 'copy' our existing plans over to my husband's profile and we were all set!
You'll also find My Magic Plus 'expert' Cast Members in the parks at Guest Relations as well as at special kiosks set up in such locations as New Fantasyland and at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard at Hollywood Studios.
