I purchased 4-day park hopper passes for Disneyland online. I only need 3-day park hopper passes. Can I downgrade my tickets and get refunded for the difference? I emailed guest services but it might take 5 days to hear back.

Theme park tickets are non-refundable, so to the best of my knowledge, a downgrade or refund is not a possibility once you have purchased them online. However, you may want to call and speak to a Cast Member from Guest Services or inquire at the resort ticket booths for more details regarding the terms and conditions of theme park ticket purchases.
