We will be visiting with our three children - ages 4 - 6 - 9. What is the child swap option? What is the best way to enjoy the rides so no one is left out? Can you suggest any rides we can ride together?

I'm not really sure how tall your children are, but I'm assuming that your 6 year old is at least 48 inches and tall enough for most of the rides found in Walt Disney World. If this is the case, your children are in luck - BIG TIME.
When you want to go on a ride with a height restriction, your whole party should go to the cast member at the attraction entrance and ask for a rider swap pass. The pass is good for up to three members of your party, so here is what I recommend. Your husband and older children wait in line and ride the attraction -- meanwhile you and your youngest child either wait or go and do another activity.
The rider swap pass you were given is good for any time that you would like to return during the day. So, you can either use it immediately or save it for later on during that SAME DAY. When you are ready to return to the ride, you and 2 other members of your party can get in the FastPass line for the attraction.
See -- your children will get to ride two times and only have to wait in the long lines for one of those times!
As far as rides you can all enjoy together, that's the great thing about Walt Disney World. There are so many attractions that have no restrictions. Some of our families favorites in the Magic Kingdom are: Pirates of the Caribbean, Mickey's PhilharMagic and Jungle Cruise. Check HERE
to find a link to rides with height requirements. Also, some rides that have no height restrictions may still be frightening for small children -- every family is different, and you know your child best.
Have a great trip!!!
