Hi Ryan! The gift shops at Disney resorts do sell basic grocery items, so you will be able to purchase milk for your children. Diapers and other baby care items are also available at the resorts as well as at the baby care centers inside the theme parks. However, they are much more expensive than bringing your own. If you can manage the space in your luggage, I would recommend packing them. The great thing about that is, once they get used up you'll have all of that extra space for souvenirs!
You could also ship a package to your hotel room and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Another option, along those same lines would be to order from a grocery delivery service. Check out gardengrocer.com

Good luck and have a great trip!
