I have booked my very first WDW vacation for January 1-8 with DH and DDs ages 7 & 3. ASM, flight, MEl, 6 day PH, princess breakfast @! Akershus, and no DDP. That's it. I know absolutely nothing else about what to do or plan. YIKES! HELP!

There will be so much to see and do at Walt Disney World! So far I think your plan is awesome. Here are a few ideas I think you will all enjoy. To begin with head on over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for a lovely meal at one of it's awesome restaurants. I love the authentic African cuisine with Indian flavors for lunch and dinner at Sanaa. The word means "artwork" in Swahili, and as its name suggests, Sanaa offers its guests beautifully prepared food, served in an artistic atmosphere with a stunning view of the savanna. The sanvanna is where you can just enjoy a drink, sit back and be amazed as giraffes, zebras and other African wildlife stroll right past you! It is the coolest hotel around. The staff is really friendly and the grand lobby is an awesome sight. From there I would also suggest that you head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom and experience some of the awesome sights and adventures that await you all. The kids will enjoy playing in the huge kids area called the Boneyard. WIth multi level slides and places to dig for "dinosaur bones" this is a fun place to let them burn off some extra energy. My kids loved playing there. I would also suggest that you spend some time strolling the Boardwalk. This is a fun area with all sorts of entertainment and lovely views. It is also really close to Epcot which is my favorite park! These are just a few of the many great ideas I have for you. I just thought of another good one: head over to see all of the amazing lights of the Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. All of you will be in awe of this stunning night time visual display like you have never seen! I am happy to answer more and I will see you at the parks.
