My DD is a CM therefore we are not having to purchase park admission. Does this mean we will not be able to use FP+ as MDE is stating valid admission is required.

Since you will not have tickets linked to your trip via the My Disney Experience website, it isn't likely that you'll be able to arrange for FastPass+ in advance. However, once you arrive at Walt Disney World, you should have the opportunity to set up your selections when you enter the parks. It may be possible to do multiple days once you are in the parks, but this will depend on the type of park tickets you have.
