when is the best time of year to visit for shorter lines?

This is our 1st Disney trip w/our 3 daughters, 9, 8 & 4 yrs. Me & my husband have been trying to decide if we really need the Park Hopper option. We think the kids will be too tired to go to another park in the evening. Why would we need need this

Is it a good idea not to do the park hopper and just to spend a full day at each park and utilizing your full energy at that one park? I have 4 children 11,10,7 and 4 year old.

Patricia,We have been to WDW with and without park hopping, and I think either way can be fine. If you are uncertain, I would recommend that you wait until you are at WDW to add on the Park Hopper option, since you can add it at any time... read more
HI, we are going to Disney for the first time with our two kids, ages 6 & 2. We will be there 6 days and I have everything planned out, do we really need the park hopper since I have us at only one park each day? Just can't decide if it's worth it.

I think the answer to this question depends on how much flexibility (or lack thereof) you feel comfortable with. I am a huge planner. I've got everything set months in advance and my reservations are made. But then we get to WDW and things always... read more
We've got the Magic Your Way passes with park hopper and dining. How does this all work? Do we get a pass that covers all of this when we arrive at the hotel or are they mailing it to us?? Thanks!
