I'm planning a disney cruise for a family of 9 ( extended family included)and wanted some advice on the most economical way to go since I'm paying for the trip as a gift. I'm thinking a 7 day Caribbean cruise on the Fantasy. Please give me some advice.

We are very close to our check-in/excursion pick time. There are 10 of us and we want the Blue Lagoon Dolphin Encounter, what is the best way to book this so all 10 of us are able to get the same time? Are our chances good to get this at 75 days out?
