We have four young kids--this means we need two staterooms. As a family of six, it seems we have to pay for four adult fares and only get the kids fare for two of the kids. Is there a way for families of six not to be penalized?

I'm trying to plan a family trip for somewhere between 12-30 people on a 5 or 7 day disney cruise. I'm a little ovewhelmed and not sure what would be the best. Ages will range from 14 months to 76. Cost saving tips? February a good time to go?
