I have a 11, 5, and 3 month old. I was wondering if my husband could ride the rides first with older kids and then If I could pass the baby to him and ride as a single rider without having to wait in line by myself?

We want to view World of Color in the wet zone (California Adventure). Used to do that with the Picnic access. But there are no more Picnics. WOC Fastpass viewing was long way from the water. How do you get a "reserved" zone pass?
