Moms Panel * Holiday Seasons 

Question Hello! My husband and I are coming to WDW for 14 days in early Oct 2010 from Australia. We don't celebrate Halloween and I was wondering how festive this time of year is at WDW? Are there lots of decorations, etc. I love your Panel, Thanks!!

Question It's our first trip to Disney (11/21-24), with 2 boys (2 and 5). Planning to do MK on 11/21, HS on 11/22, Epcot on 11/23 and then back to MK on 11/24. Now I'm doubting the plan. I wanted to see Fantasmic, but the Osborne Lights won't be on. Thoughts?

Answer Hi Catherine, I think your plan looks fantastic and don't worry you will get to see the Osborne Lights on November 22nd as they are switched on nightly between November 10th and January 4th. I noticed that there are 2 Fantasmic shows on... read more



Question Is it possible to see Osborne lights and Fantasmic in the same night? Even if we were to get ADR for the Fantasmic dinner option it looks like we would have to be in line by the time Osborne lights start. If not which one do you recommend seeing?

Answer Hi Mandi, The Osborne lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios are beautiful and definitely worth seeing. They are turned on at about 6pm every night and stay on until the park closes. I'm not sure which day you're planning on visiting the park but... read more



Question hi I am a family of 4 who plans on visiting wdw in dec21-28 and i was wondering how the weather is there around that time and should 2500 be enough to spend on dining and theme park.

Answer December weather can change faster then almost any other time of year.  You can have days of mid 80's to days where the temperature never leaves the 50's.  The average high for the month is 73 degrees and the average low is 53 degrees.  When packing... read more
