To avoid any confusion on height requirements, is there any place at MK or EPCOT where a child can be officially measured so they don't have to wait in line only to be turned away for being maybe 1/2 an inch short?

Hi Gary! Your child can be measured at the entrance to each of the attractions. The Cast Members at rides with height restrictions all have measuring sticks at those entrances and will use them if there is any question about the child... read more
Why don't all rides offer rider swap? I.e. Buzz doesn't offer it 'cause all ages can ride. However, when my 2 yr old is sleeping in the stroller, my wife and I can't both go on the ride. So none of us got to ride. Is there a way to rider swap on all rides?

You are right, not every attraction offers a rider switch. However, you could do something similar to a rider swap with your FastPasses. For an attraction like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, simply get a FastPass. You'll want one... read more
We plan on coming to WDW iin 2014. Our daughter has Down Syndrome, we love coming with the ease of the Disability pass. Because of the changes will she still be able to enjoy the park like before. She does not understand waiting or have the patience to.
