We are booked to visit Disney World for the week of March 15 - 22, 2008. We purchased the water parks pass. Are the water parks really open year round and will they be heated to a comfortable degree during this week? Should we expect a lesser crowd?

Oops! it may sound silly but, Is it necessary to know how to swim in order to have some fun with the dolphin and other sea animals? I saw it on the WDW DVD and my Birthday dream is to take a dip with them but, i don't know how to swim!

We are planning to take our 13 year old nephew to WDW in May and are interested in using the Sea Raycers we've seen buzzing around in the past. If we stay at a value resort may we use the beach and Sea Raycers at the Carribean Beach Resort?
