Going with 5 friends and staying in an Art of Animation suite (6 of us total). Thinking about requesting one cot so that everyone can sleep comfortably. I know it sleeps 6 but it looks like it would have to be 2 in a bed. Any idea how getting a cot works?

When can I call to ask for a ground floor room? My mom has arthritis and can't do a lot of stairs. So I was wondering if I could call. Pop preferred room over Christmas and my birthday.
