Could you please explain the Key to The World charging system for when we go shopping. At the hotel do these charges go on a predetermined credit card automatically? Or could I prepay the front desk an amount of cash to "load" my card like a lunch

We are going to Disney World for the First time in a month and someone told me I need to get a Lanyard ID Holder for our Hotel Room Card and fast pass holder, Is this this a good idea? If so can I purchase this before I get to Disney and if so how much?
