While looking at hotel amenities, I noticed that most have some sort of child care but only 2 have babysitting. what is the babysitting and can it be used for an infant (20 months). And is the Kids night out service available for all hotels at WDW?

This panel is full of Great Info!! I read that you are not allowed to bring a stroller on the Rail Road in MK. It says you can obtain a claim receipt for your rental one. What about your own personal one? Will I be able to take it w/ me on the RR or not?
