Hi, we are taking our trip may11-17 ,My questions are I wanted to start the parks on Sunday early but check into disney resort is at 3 pm am I allowed to start parks before I check in and how much spending money is suggested for 3 adults two chirldren 8,1

We are going to go ahead with a WDW February 2015 trip. When should we be able to look at pricing on-line? Currently the calender only lets us look through December 2014. Then when should any Feb specials be posted? Thank you!!
