Question HI! I have just booked my families first Disney vacation. I did the whole package with food, room and tickets. When will we get the tickets? Do we get those upon arrival? I Just dont want to leave anythng out!

Question This is our first trip to Disney and we are renting a car on the day we check-out. Where is the car rental company located? and will we be able to be transported there to pick-up the car?

Question Hi! So excited for our first trip in 3 weeks!! I keep reading about things people recieve in the mail around 30 days before their trip. I haven't received anything and wondering if it's just because we aren't doing magic express but renting a car? Thanks!!

Question Hi this is our first trip to Disney World and I have a question regarding the day of arrival. Based on the information online check-in time for the resort is 3pm. Do we have access to the parks before check in time?
