Can you debrief me on the refillable drink mugs? I realize they are/were 11.99, but what are the fees associated with refilling them? Free in the resort, not free in the parks? I thought I remembered costs in the parks.

From reading the site (daily!) I discovered gardengrocer.com, in the "moms" opinion would it be cheaper to mail snacks & toddler supplies from CA or order from the gardengrocer to be delivered to my room? Is gardengrocer pricey?
