Disney accepts many forms of payment, but unfortunately, personal checks are not one of them.  I'm sorry to report that Disney changed the policy on this a few years back.  Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Traveler's Checks, Disney Dollars, Disney Gift Cards, Prepaid Gift Cards (Visa Gift Card, etc.), Disney Rewards Visa Redemption Card, or your Key to the World Card (Room Charge), which will be charged back to your credit card upon check out.
