How do I make a payment online with the new website under "My Disney Experience"? My reservation is listed, but there is no option to make a payment & does not show the balance.

Hi Patty! You're not alone in having this problem. I know it's taking a lot of us time to get used to the new website, and many guests (including me!) are having difficulties with the new website retrieving complete reservation details. If you're clicking the drop-down menu "My Disney Experience" and then clicking "My Reservations," you should find a link for making payments on your reservation page. If you're not seeing that link, make sure you are viewing the website using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. (The website is not always compatible with Chrome.) If you're still having trouble, I recommend that you call Technical Support at 407-939-7765 for help in making a payment.
