Are pictures taken with the photopass on the DCL. Ones that can be added to a store purchased photo CD?

Shutters provides photographic services aboard the Disney Cruise Line ships.
Although I haven’t done it myself, you may submit a Release Form in order to reproduce the photographs taken by the photographers on the ship. The form can be found at https://www.image.com/html/guest-postcruiseCopyrightReleaseForm.cfm.
Please note that the photos taken on the Disney Cruise Line do not have a PhotoPass option which you may be familiar with at Walt Disney World.
Currently, there is not a photo CD option aboard DCL. Instead, you can choose from several packages to have your photos printed. You would need to scan them in order to get them on a CD once you are home. If you were going to re-print them just make sure that you have the Release Form mentioned above.
I know that many guests have inquired as to Shutters offering a Photo CD option. There are photo opportunities in which a guest can use their Key to the World card (stateroom key) to organize their photos. In front of Shutters there is a kiosk where these pictures can be viewed, borders can sometimes be changed and orders can be placed. Note that photos taken in the dining room and on Castaway Cay were not participating in the KTTW card option on my last voyage.
