Question How do you chat with a Disney representative online? I thought you could have a live chat with somebody.

Answer HI John!

The live chat feature is available when pricing out your vacation. To view this area, select the Book link at the top of each DisneyWorld.com page. Once you enter in the dates of your trip, the number of adults and children in your party and have started to browse the different resort options, a live chat box may come up. I see this feature quite frequently, but not on every visit to the vacation reservations page.
