I am looking to take a trip with my two children (ages 18 & 22) to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. I wanted to take an ecological trip such as Costa Rica, but I heard that this time of year would be their rainy season. Any other place

Hi Patricia. An Adventures by Disney vacation
is a wonderful gift for your daughter's high school graduation! By 'ecological trip', I'm thinking that you're looking for a trip that focuses on a natural environment and appreciation of the culture. Costa Rica would definitely fit that definition, but you're right, summer time is the rainy season. When we visited Costa Rica at the end of June/early July it did rain a lot, but not all day. It was actually one of the best vacations we have experienced- despite the rain. I think realistic expectations and being prepared with proper rain gear/ foot wear is the key to enjoying a destination despite rainy season.
One of my recommendations for an amazing cultural experience is the Peru, Sacred Valleys and Incan Cities Adventure
. I've done this trip twice and both times I was in awe of the sights we saw, and so enjoyed learning about the culture and history of the Peruvian people. Machu Picchu is an incredible bucket-list destination and the hotel Sol & Luna is my favourite I've ever stayed at! When we did this adventure last summer, we had lovely weather (70's) with no rain.
Another highly recommended eco-type adventure is the Galapagos Islands Cruise
or the Ecuador and Galapagos Islands Adventure
. I know families that have experienced both and had nothing but rave reviews. Summer time is pleasant, but cooler (60's) and very low rainfall.
I hope this gives you some ideas Patricia! I would be happy to answer any other questions you have about an Adventures by Disney
