I have noticed that there are some adult only dates for many destinations. I don't see that option for Galapagos or Africa Safari. Is that due to the fact that there aren't many children booked on these trips? I really would prefer an adult only trip. Thx

Hello Pamela! Thank you for your Adventures by Disney
question. Having recently returned from the Adventures by Disney
South Africa trip, I can whole heartedly give it my recommendation! My husband and I travelled on this trip, without our children, and we had the most amazing vacation ever! Although there were a few kids on our trip, we didn't find them to affect our time at all, as the Vacation Guides are amazing at engaging the kids and keeping them occupied. Generally, Adults-only dates are found on trips with many departures - since the Africa and Galapagos itineraries have somewhat less dates available, my guess is that they don't want to limit any of those to just adults. Also, those particular itineraries require lengthy flights and are on the higher end of the cost scale, so you will naturally find fewer children booked on these, and they tend to be older - in the tween or teen age category, rather than the very young. You may also want to consider booking a date that is not during summer vacation, which would lessen the chances of more kids booked. When my husband and I travelled on the Peru Adventures by Disney
vacation, it was in October, and there were no kids on the trip although it was not an adults-only date. The Adventure Guides told us that September and October tend to be that way as people are hesitant to pull their kids out of school so quickly after starting.
I hope you find this information helpful Pamela. Please let me know if you have any other Adventures by Disney
questions that I could answer for you - it would be my pleasure to help you!
Have a magical day!
