I have two boys (12 & 6). We've gone twice a year for 12+yrs now. I'm looking for something different. We are not staying on site. Is there a place for jet skiing, paddle boats, etc. or other ideas besides the actual parks?

What a great vacation memories you must have of your trips to the Walt Disney World Resorts!
If you are looking for fun on the water, head to Disney Contemporary Resort and Sammy Duvall's Watersport Centre. At this location, you can rent a personal watercraft, go parasailing, tubing or waterskiing. You can call Sammy's at 407-939-0754 website at SammyDuvall.com.
You might also head over to Fort Wilderness Campground. Here you can go fishing, rent canoes or learn archery. There are also trails to explore and ponies to ride.
If it should rain when you are looking for an activity outside of the parks, head to Downtown Disney for movies, bowling or DisneyQuest.
Wishing you a magical vacation!
