I am staying on site for my upcoming Nov 4-12th trip to WDW. I want to park at the Contemporary Resort and take the monorail to Magic Kingdom after breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Can my car stay at the Contemporary the whole time, or will I have to move it?

Kara, eating Mickey waffles with Mickey is the ultimate way to begin your Disney day!
Guests enjoying a meal at a resort are typically given a three hour parking window, so moving your car would be advisable. Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World hotel, consider taking resort transportation to your breakfast. Buses, know as character buses in Disney lingo, begin running as early as 6:30 am to ferry guests to early morning dinning reservations. After your bountiful breakfast buffet at Chef Mickey's, you can walk or zip over on the monorail to the Magic Kingdom without ever having to deal with driving or parking.
Enjoy your breakfast with Mickey and the gang!
