Hi! My husband and I are leaving for WDW in 16 days and we are to check in on Jan. 19th. We still have not received our magic bands. Is this unusual and if so who do I contact? My sister and her family, who are travelling with us, have received theirs

So glad to hear that you will be visiting soon! If you customized your MagicBands on your My Disney Experience Account, you can check on the status of the shipment.
