Going on a Disney Cruise on the Disney Dream in a few weeks. Traveling with an infant (15 weeks at time of travel), what activities can we enjoy as a family and what should we pack for our little one?

Welcome aboard, Margaret! Congratulations on the newest member of your family! You're about to make some really special memories with your new baby on the Disney Dream!
Check out the exciting Family Activities
that Disney offers. Everything from crafts to trivia game shows to Broadway-style musicals will keep you busy and entertained. Your little one is certainly welcome to join you for all of this!
I do hope that you'll book a few hours for the baby in It's A Small World Nursery
so that Mom and Dad can sneak away for some adult time onboard. Be sure to book the nursery time early as time slots do fill up! Perhaps you can then make reservations for a romantic dinner at Palo or Remy, the Adult Exclusive restaurants onboard. While they do carry an additional cost, I promise the meal and atmosphere is worth it, 100%! Palo is my all-time favorite!
Guests can request Pack n' Plays and Diaper Genies for their stateroom, so you'll want to have those available. Add a note to your reservation if you haven't already. There are Peg Perego strollers available at Guest Services for use on a first come, first served basis. A refundable deposit is put down in case it's not returned, but there is no cost for these. Also, check out Babies Travel Lite
. This service partners with Disney Cruise Line to deliver baby products right to your stateroom, saving you tons of space when you travel!
Be sure to grab a spot in the shade at Castaway Cay to keep your baby's skin our of the sun. There are plenty of umbrellas all over the beach, so it shouldn't be a problem to find a great shady spot! Have fun as you continue to plan, Margaret!
