Just booked March 14 Western Caribbean Cruise on the Fantasy. Grandparents traveling with 8 year old granddaughter who wants to swim with the dolphins. Can you please recommend a quality dolphin experience at one of the ports? Thanks!

Welcome aboard, Susan! Congratulations on booking your Fantasy cruise! There are a few different dolphin adventures from which to choose on your Western Caribbean itinerary, but two of them I'd highly recommend.
The Dolphin Extreme Swim and Turtle Farm
is a fabulous adventure in Grand Cayman! Not only will you and your granddaughter get to experience a thrilling "belly ride" with a dolphin, but you'll also get time to interact with the dolphins in the water and learn about how to communicate with them. Then, once your swim is over, you'll get to head across the street to one of my favorite spots - the Grand Cayman Turtle Farm! There guests get to see giant sea turtles, other exciting ocean life, and even have the chance to gently hold baby sea turtles. I absolutely loved the Turtle Farm when I was there earlier this year.
Another highly recommended dolphin adventure is the Dolphin Push, Pull and Swim
at Chankanaab National Park in Cozumel. While I haven't experienced this one myself, I've heard such rave reviews from other Disney cruise guests who have had the chance to enjoy this adventure. Here, guests get to learn about and interact with these beautiful dolphins in the water. Included in this adventure are also a push and pull on a boogie board! Another plus to this adventure over some other Western Caribbean dolphin swims, is that guests get to stay after their swim to see a sea lion show and explore the rest of the park.
I hope that information helps as you begin to plan your exciting cruise and Port Adventures, Susan. Please stop back and let me know how else I can help before you set sail next spring!
