We have just signed up for the ABD on the Med cruise in June 2011. We will have 2 kids 8 and 10 with us and are wondering which dinner seating will be the best. Also, what happens on days when the excursions are long e.g.Rome? Thanks

Definitely sign up for the second seating (8:30 pm) for dinner if you are doing the Adventures by Disney (ABD) option on your June 2011 Mediterranean cruise. This will guarantee that you are seated with your fellow ABD adventurers each night. This is a real advantage because you will have the chance to get to know the people with whom you are traveling really well. For my family, this was one of the best parts of our ABD experience! Also, it gives you the reassurance that if your ABD tour for the day runs late, an alternate meal can be arranged for your entire traveling party. The ABD guides will simply call ahead to the cruise ship to let them know the group may be late to arrive and then a substitute meal will be waiting for you upon your return. I just love that the Adventure Guides for ABD take care of all the little details for you!
I hope you and your family have an amazing cruise with Adventures by Disney!
