Your family will have a blast at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon! My kids are in love with the giant wave pool, and the water slides are super fun, although I prefer Castaway Creek myself!
Life vests are available for children at both water parks, free of charge. You can bring your own, provided they are Type II Coast Guard life jackets. Please remember that it is up to the discretion of the water park staff to allow you to use your private jacket. She is welcome to use them on all attractions for her height and age.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
