My family has been on several AbD trips. We're now considering booking our first one during the holiday season. How does AbD handle Christmas when you're on a trip? Special Activities? Different dining options? Are some of the regular things closed? Thx!

Hello Erin! Thank you so much for your Adventures by Disney
question. Vacationing over Christmas can be a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays, and the answers to your question can vary depending on several factors. First of all, depending on the make-up of the group, the Adventure Guides may choose to do some sort of activity to acknowledge the day. Some people may not celebrate Christmas so they like to be sensitive to everyone. They will generally gauge how the group feels and then
decide what, if anything they will do. As far as food, all of the meals will be the same as the regular itineraries. Depending on the locations you are visiting, you may find that some stores or activities will be closed, particularly in Italy, so itineraries may need to be juggled to accommodate these closings. They will do their very best to make sure that you do not miss out on anything though, so no worries!
Erin, if you have a particular itinerary in mind, and have further questions regarding Christmas, you are more than welcome to contact an Adventures by Disney
Vacationista who would be happy to give you any details that I haven't covered here. They can be reached at 800-543-0865. I hope this information helps you in making your decision for your next Adventures by Disney
Have a magical day!
