I know as a DVC member I can pool hop at certain hotels on the property but does this include the Swan/Dolphin as well? I know there are some restrictions such as AoA, Animal Kingdom Kidani, BayLake and Beach Club, but wanted to check on Swan/Dolphin. TNX

Howdy Christina! Unfortunately, we cannot pool hop at the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin. (I love the idea though!)
It sounds like you already know the information below but I have included Pool Hopping details as listed in Portable Perks found on the DVC Member website. Neither the Swan nor Dolphin are listed but as they are not Disney owned, they have different guidelines. I confirmed that we cannot pool hop with both Member Services and a Cast Member at the Swan.
When staying on your Membership at any Disney Vacation Club Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, you and any Guests staying with you are permitted to use most of the other DVC and Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools (in addition to the pool at the resort hotel at which you are staying) if they are not at capacity. If the pool you are visiting reaches capacity, you may be asked to leave in order to accommodate Guests of that resort hotel. Please check with the front desk of the resort you wish to visit before you go to find out about pool-access availability. You must present your current Key to the World Card with your DVC Member designation on it to use the other resort hotel pools.
Pool hopping is not available at Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower, Uzima Pool and Samawati Springs Pool at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Stormalong Bay at Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, the leisure pool at Beach Club Villas and the pools at Art of Animation Resort. There are no exceptions to this policy. Resort hotel pools may become unavailable from time to time due to capacity limitations.
Due to the high occupancy that is expected, you may not pool hop during the following remaining 2013 dates: August 30 – September 2, November 25 – December 1 and December 15 – January 5.
Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your next magical Disney vacation!
