I am considering an Adventures by Disney trip to Italy for my daughter's high school graduation trip. My children will be 18,16, and 13 at that time. Will we be in a group with a bunch of little kids? I don't want it to feel to young for them. Thanks!

Hi Jennifer. Thank you for asking me your Adventures by Disney
question. What a fun and memorable plan you have for celebrating your daughter's graduation! From my own personal experience, most adventures do not have lots of little kids. The recommended ages for the majority of adventures is 8 years old, and for the most part, this seems to be the low end of ages you may encounter - we have found that tweens and teens are definitely the majority of junior adventurers. Obviously, there is no way to know for sure how many, and what ages the other kids on your adventure may be, but not to worry - the Adventure Guides are awesome at engaging the junior adventurers, and you will find if there are some younger ages, they will be well occupied. And that being said, your kids will definitely not feel uncomfortable in any way if they are the only kids in their age group, so please do not be concerned! I can't stress enough how great the Adventure Guides are at making sure each and every member of the group, regardless of ages, has an amazing and fun experience.
The new Adventures by Disney
itineraries and dates for 2014 are not released yet, but generally they are announced in mid-summer. You might want to consider subscribing to the Disney Parks Blog
, which has all the latest new and announcements delivered straight to your in-box, so you will know as soon as the new itineraries are released. In the meantime, you can check the Adventures by Disney
website to view the current offerings for Italy, which I'm sure will remain similar for 2014.
Please let me know if I can assist you with any other Adventures by Disney
planning questions you may have. I would be happy to help you! Have a magical day!
